The tennis club is situated in an intensive business, commerce and entertainment construction Sofia neighborhood with a great future potential for development. The convenient close connections with the city center combined with a plentiful green areas environment are key advantages of the site. The main entrance faces the ‘Nikola Vaptsarov” Blvd. The tennis club complex holds out 30 outdoor and 25 covered parking places.
The complex houses a four court tennis hall and six outdoor courts located in a park environment. Additional sport and recreation facilities are provided - squash court, fitness and aerobic hall, SPA, massage, a beauty parlour, professional sport shop, nursery, lounge and a small restaurant.
The tennis club building compounds two structures – pre-fabricated steel construction for the indoor courts and monolithic reinforced concrete framed structure for the club premises. The steel hall (made by ASTRON company) composes steel columns, beams and three-layered curtain walls with separated assembling. The semi-underground lower level is concrete made. The natural inclination of the terrain is used to provide daylight in the most important premises on this level – the main entrance, the lobby, the lounge, the fitness, etc.
The tennis club complex is one of the biggest contemporary sport centers in Bulgaria.
